Receptionist/Front desk Officer

A vacancy exists for the above position. Below are the details and Job description
  1. Welcoming guests determine the nature of business and announce guests to appropriate personnel.
  2. Answering incoming telephone calls, determining the purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  3. Managing official info email account and social media handles; responsible for email marketing list, updating and sending emails, and follow up correspondences.
  4. Assist administrative assistants with clerical duties to include, follow up with clients, and organizing/maintaining files.
  5. Answering questions about the organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information requested.
  6. Receives, sorts and distributes mails and correspondences.
  7. Consistently generate sales leads.
  8. Any other tasks that may be deemed necessary

Skills

  1. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees, and vendors.
  2. Familiarity and working knowledge of general digital platforms required.
  3. Polished professional with an outgoing attitude, be a team player, and love to make the guests feel at home.
  4. Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating, and personal interface skills

Knowledge

  1. Knowledge of the oil and gas industry 
  2. Knowledge of the operations and workings of procurement terms and business
