We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
By using the Website or providing us with your personal information, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Ezeal HR Services is a Human Resources and business consultancy based in Nigeria. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, we are the data controller of the personal information described in this Policy (except for staff-audit data, where we act as a data processor on behalf of our client — see section 12).
This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Website and our related services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we link to but do not control (see section 13).
We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, information generated when you transact with us, and limited technical information collected automatically.
When you pay for a paid training, your payment is processed by our third-party payment gateways, Paystack and Monnify. We receive and store limited transaction details such as your name, email, the amount paid, the gateway used, a transaction reference and the payment status. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, bank login or other full payment-instrument details — these are entered directly with, and handled by, the payment gateway.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure and WordPress software may automatically log limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date/time of your visit, as well as error and payment-processing logs used for security and troubleshooting. WordPress and certain third-party tools may also set cookies (see section 6).
We use your personal information to:

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to meet our legal, accounting, tax and record-keeping obligations, and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials and access tickets (including QR codes) confidential.

Where we collect employee or similar information on behalf of a client organisation (for example, during a staff audit), we act as a data processor and handle that information according to our agreement with, and the instructions of, that client, who is the data controller. If your employer has engaged us and you have questions about how your information is used, please contact your employer in the first instance.
