These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website ezealconsult.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of, or registration for, the products and services offered by E-Zeal Consultancy Ltd (“E-Zeal Consult”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Website, submitting a form, or registering for or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

We offer HR and business consulting, training sessions, webinars and recruitment-related services. Details of each offering (including any fees, dates and eligibility) are provided on the relevant page of the Website. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any Service at our discretion.
Where you apply for a job opening or submit a CV, you confirm that the information and documents you provide are true, accurate and your own. Submitting an application does not create any employment relationship and does not guarantee an interview, offer or employment. Recruitment decisions are made at the discretion of E-Zeal Consult and/or the relevant employer.
All sales are final. Once payment for a Training has been made, fees are non-refundable and registrations are non-transferable and cannot be cancelled.
If E-Zeal Consult cancels or reschedules a Training, we will notify registrants and may, at our discretion, offer a place at an alternative session. This is the sole remedy available in respect of a Training that we cancel or reschedule.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information, documents or content you submit through the Website. You grant us the right to use such submissions as necessary to provide the relevant Service. You must not submit information relating to another person unless you are authorised to do so.
The Website relies on and links to third-party services (including Paystack, Monnify, Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, policies or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

While we strive to provide high-quality consulting and training, we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result, outcome or benefit will be achieved from our Services.
